What is the name of the dipping sauce Anthony Bourdain ate with the onions in Spain?

Oh my God, that's looks so good! I want the recipe!

What is the name of the dipping sauce Anthony Bourdain ate with the onions in Spain?
Sauteed onions in oilve oil, garlic, sweet red peppers (piquillo) and roasted tomatos. Add salt and pepper to taste and puree. Basically it is a bravas sauce.
