What is the name of the health insurance co. that members of congress have?

I want to know soo that I can call them to enroll myself %26amp; my whole family. I will tell them that the president of the United States promised that I could have the same insurance as members of congress at a reasonable rate, so I would like to sign up now. In fact we should all start callin for our health insurance!

What is the name of the health insurance co. that members of congress have?
Members of Congress and the President get their health insurance through the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHB). The benefits are a significant piece of their compensation package, and offer a richer menu of coverage than what is typically covered by Medicare. Members of Congress also have given themselves a generous tax break, which lowers their taxable income on the portion of the premium that they pay.

the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, the FEHB program offers working Members of Congress, retirees, and their survivors the widest selection of health plans in the country. In addition to health insurance benefits, Members of Congress may also receive dental, vision, as well as long-term care benefits. Generally the federal government (funded by the taxpayer) pays up to 75% of the health insurance premiums, and Members of Congress cover the other 25% out of their (taxpayer-funded) salaries.
Reply:They have a choice of providers who are under the federal employees health care system.

FUN FACT 2:

Viagra is perscribed for a Medicial condition.

IE: erectile difunction.

Birth Control is not perscribed for a medicial problem.

A better comparison would be Angeliq, which is perscribed for Vaginal Dryness.

Reply:I don't know what it is called, but i lost the lighter portion of mine and was able to go to an auto parts store and buy the whole assembly. It is pretty easy to install if you can get the dash cover off.
Reply:The element, but it's about as cheap to replace the whole lighter and be done with it.

By the way, use a good light and look in the receptacle for any foreign object that would cause a short.

Can any Republican name a foreign country which meets their specifications?

I mean if America is so hopelessly dysfunctional, which it may be, where else would you rather live if not here- it must be somewhere else? Name any country in which one does not need to be accompanied by a body guard or chauffeured in a bullet proof vehicle. One in which you pay fewer taxes for such largess, etc. As usual I expect nearly no answers for such a provocative challenge.

Can any Republican name a foreign country which meets their specifications?
Queensland, Australia - it's like the US used to be.

Strong families, strong communities. Slow paced and relaxed.
Reply:We have a saying 'When America sneezes UK catches a cold'. We have just a little 'sniffle' at the moment so we are not a fine alternative I am afraid. We now have more unemployment, poverty, knife crime and other social problems in this country than ever before...and no political party that we can trust to get us out of the mess we find ourselves in. I certainly will not have enough money to live the rest of my life able to clothe and feed myself, let alone afford to drive my car, heat my home or take a break somewhere - I see soup kitchens springing up in the near future. I am just one of millions in this country who have the same bleak future if something doesn't change soon.
Reply:There are many, many other countries where it is safe to walk up and down the streets without that kind of protection. If I remember correctly, it has been you liberals complaining about the U.S. for the past 8 years.
Reply:The truth is none as any other country where's worth living has these anti-conservative features: is open minded about gays and abortion, some even let gays marry, high taxes, socialized medicine.
Reply:You will most likely get what you assume you will get, as someone who assumes they know it all will accept no alternative as a viable example unless it meets their specific requirements or limitations.
Reply:I am not a Republican by any means but my choices would be Switzerland ( they are smart enough not to stick their noses into other countries affairs ) The Netherlands Australia Or possibly Canada
Reply:Hong Kong maybe , you pay no income taxes their but now you do have to worry about Red China a little bit..

Obama was the one that sais America needed change
Reply:My favorite part of your question is where you say "fewer taxes for such largess." As though all good things come from the government, and we should be grateful for all they give us.

Edit: Only a liberal could define the government letting us keep some of our own money as "largess."
Reply:Ethiopia they did a great job in fixing themselves and are a force in Africa i would choose there
Reply:Andorra.

I second the Queensland, Australia thingy
Reply:why republican?

What are the name of the guns that shoot a dart like and sleeps an animal or human?

I would like to know the names and what's use in it.

What are the name of the guns that shoot a dart like and sleeps an animal or human?
they are called tranquilizer guns these guns are fired by compressed air or use co2. the darts sometimes use a substance know as atravat to calm the animal
Reply:There really is no "name"... depending on who you talk to it can be dart gun, blow gun, tranquilizer gun. The only time a name will come into play is with the brand.

For the most part there are two types. One is as simple as a basic blow gun where the user uses their own air by blowing into the back of the pipe. These are really only used with close range stuff and most places do not use them. The other, which is mainly used by most places fires off of compressed air (co2). Kinda like the air tanks you would use for a paintball gun.
Reply:Dart tranquilizer guns.
Reply:tranquilizer guns
Reply:tranquilizer guns?
Reply:A tranquilizer gun. They use some form of barbiturate for a tranquilizer.

What is the name of the artist or painting that shows a knight and a maiden kissing in the stairwell?

It's obviously in a castle's stairwell, and they seem to be secrative or hiding.

What is the name of the artist or painting that shows a knight and a maiden kissing in the stairwell?
Below is a link of the painting that shetland was referring to, however I'm not sure that is the correct answer to your question.

The first painting that came to mind for me was "God Speed" c.1900 by Edmund Blair Leighton. Again I'm not sure that this is what you were looking for since they are not kissing and are not in secret. The next one I’d have you look at would be “Tristan and Isolde” by the same artist.

The final one that comes to mind would be “Romeo and Juliet” by Sir Frank Dicksee. (please see links below)

Edmund Blair Leighton's subject matter is typically of knights and maidens, so it might be a good start, however many artists were drawn to this subject, so it might help to get more information. Did you see it in a museum somewhere?
Reply:Might it be Francesco Hayez, 'The Kiss'?

What is the name of the test that is given to students in California that is equivalent to the Texas TEKS?

Does California release its old tests online so they can be used for practice, and most important, what is the link?

I am looking for standardized tests to use as practice. Texas is the only state I know that publishes its old tests online. If you know where I can find and print tests used in any other state, could you give links for those tests as well?

What is the name of the test that is given to students in California that is equivalent to the Texas TEKS?
We take the STAR testing in all grades and that is a basic standardized achievement test. They do publish old tests just search "STAR TESTING" on google and many things will come up. we get booklets about preparing for star testing in school.
Reply:Um IDK but the texas is the TAKS not TEKS
