This song is definately World music or Techno. Very upbeat. It's only played in Impressions and Branded clothing stores. It's not played on any of the radio stations.
What is the name of the techno song played in the Impressions and Branded stores in Saints Row 2?
I looked and found nothing I suggest locating the soundtrack.
