What is the name of the job where you designs guns?

Is it gunsmith? I'm talking about someone who actually designs the guns, not fixes them. Where could you look into that kind of job?

What is the name of the job where you designs guns?
You should go to the website of companies that make guns and look on their employment page to see what they list. I believe gunsmith is the old terminology from the old days.

Generally a mechanical engineer would design the gun mechanisms. Although an industrial designer or mechanical designer would likely design the appearance. Industrial designers create the look of a product.

Since the appearance is highly tied to the function of the gun, the mechanical engineer may do some or much of that work.
